Welcome to **SNIPR**: The **Stroke Neuroimaging Phenotype Repository** (**SNIPR**) is a large multi-center centralized imaging repository of clinical CT and MRI scans from stroke patients worldwide. The aims of this repository are to (i) Study **stroke neuroimaging phenotypes** (ii) Expedite development of **cutting edge deep learning pipelines** to perform large-scale analysis of complications after stroke. > **Note:** This repository is **private and restricted to Washington University researchers only**. If you are interested in **public stroke imaging datasets**, please visit the **[Imaging Cerebrovascular Disease Knowledge Portal (iCDKP)](https://sites.wustl.edu/icdkp/)** to request data access.
